Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again"

"Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch. Die Wände sind viel zu dünn und ich bin nachts oft davon wach geworden, dass sich im Flur laut Menschen unterhalten haben. War eher Hostel Atmosphäre. Für die Hälfte des Preises wär das okay gewesen. So aber nur verschwendetes Geld."
